The Florida Strawberry Festival announced today that for KING & COUNTRY will fill the final slot in its headline entertainment lineup performing at the 2017 event.
The contemporary Christian duo will perform Thursday, March 2 at 7:30 p.m. on the Wish Farms Soundstage. Tickets for the show can be purchased for $25. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to get for KING & COUNTRY,” said Florida Strawberry Festival General Manager Paul Davis. “They are one of the most popular acts in Christian music right now and will fit in so well with the type of atmosphere we try to create here.” The two-time Grammy winning artists have recorded three No.1 singles to date: “Fix My Eyes,” Shoulders” and “It’s Not Over.” Their most recent single, “Priceless,” served as the inspiration for their feature film with the same title which was released nationwide this fall.
Over 24 headline entertainment artists perform every year on the Wish Farms Soundstage and comprise one of the most popular attractions at the event, Davis said. Advance tickets for admission and for headline entertainment shows will go on sale Thursday, Dec. 8, 2016 at 8 a.m. and can be purchased online at www.flstrawberryfestival.com, at the Amscot Main Ticket Office located at 2209 W. Oak Avenue in Plant City and over the phone at 813-754-1996. Free seating for each concert is also available in the Morrow Steel Free Grandstand located at the back of the Wish Farms Soundstage and is available on a first come, first seated basis. “Christmas is just around the corner,” said Davis, “and concert tickets fit perfectly in a stocking.”
